Condition and prospects of international cooperation on preparation of highly qualified personnel for the sphere of recreation and tourism
Dear colleagues! Perhaps it will be difficult to find a field of activity (maybe only policy), which in terms of international cooperation can compete with expanded problems of the Congress.Recreative and leisure activities, sports and tourism affect on all spheres of society.Primarily it connects with the dichotomy of the work and leisure, work and rest.Naturally, the physical recreation, I mean specially organized physical activity aimed at restoring mental and physical human power, is an integral and essential part of leisure and recreation.This multitude of repetition of and as the relationship and complementarity can be extended, at least in relation to concepts such as life, free time, health, culture, fitness, wellness, game, gymnastics, sports, tourism and more.Naturally, in this paper we do not set a goal (it is very interesting) to consider all these relationships.Our experience of more than 45 years in high education, more than 150 published scientific papers and expirience of supervisor of about 40 candidates only in directions of physical recreation, fitness and tourism, as well as a content analysis of more than 400 dissertations about this problem allowed us to came to conclusion that in the framework of the The World Health Organization initiative Movement for Health the following problems that require concentration and coordination of scientific forces, as well as international cooperation of scientists of different fields of knowledge, can be distinguished.
