Leisure Economic Phenomenon and Hue Tech Management of Korea

1.Necessity of Research Back in 60s when everyone struggled against hunger, Korea was economically undeveloped, and whenever elders saw their children playing, they told them Stop running around.Youll get hungry. Now in 21st century, a lot of people exercise at Local Park, riverside or street.Why do they run like that? The answer is to get thin.The interpretations of exercise in the past and present are totally different.People nowadays dont have to worry about starving.They care more about what leisure to enjoy at spare time.Many things have changed in Korea after large companies implemented the five-day workweek.The five-day workweek and 40-hour workweek brought a huge change to Korean society, and leisure of individuals besides work became the main issue.The change in daily routine changed companies policy in the way that employees can connect their leisure to the productivity of the company.(Ok Pyo Moon, 2012).
