The problem of practice teaching of financial management and the necessity of reform

　　In todays society,with the process of science and technology and the development of economy,new requirements have been put forward by financial management talents in colleges and universities in order to provide convenient conditions for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.And the author puts forward the necessity of financial management professional teaching reform.From the objective need of economic development,the target of cultivating financial management and the transformation of present unreasonable employment from the objective need of economic development,the target of cultivating financial management and the transformation of present unreasonable employment status.
