Analysis on article 15 of China accession protocol after expiration

摘要：

　　In 2017,with the expiration of Article 15 in Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO),the issue of Chinas full market economy status has received significant attention from public and government.This paper makes an objective interpretation of the content about Article 15 in Protocol and the identify rules of market economy status,reversing the misunderstanding.Finally,we summarize the current situation on basis of all above analysis,then give strategies and recommendations related to government or enterprise.
