Research on the impact of implementing performance of Chinas innovation - driven development strategy on technology innovation index

摘要：

　　In this paper,the principal component analysis is used to analyze the performance of Chinas innovation strategy.We build a scientific and technological innovation evaluation system,The research shows that most provinces have lower technological innovation capability in our country.The regression analysis of the implementation of the performance-driven performance score and the innovation index shows that the regression coefficient begins to decrease after the peak in 2011.
