Strategic thinking on the development of technology-based SMEs in Langfang
With the economy entering the new normal state,China is facing many pressures,such as speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development and adjusting the economic structure,and improving the quality and efficiency of economic growth.As the main force of scientific and technological innovation,technology-based SMEs are the source of technological innovation and the direct carrier of technological achievements transformation,which has become a new strategic direction for all levels of government to focus on and cultivate.Under the strategic direction of the central government and Hebei Province,the policy environment for technology-based SMEs in Langfang has been continuously optimized,showing a rapid development.But at the same time,it also faces some problems,such as difficulty in financing,lack of technological innovation and imperfect system of industry university research cooperation.Therefore,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from strengthen government guidance and policy support,improve the capability of independent innovation,establish the cooperation mechanism,in order to improve the environment,to achieve leapfrog development goals.
