Chinese Loan Words in English and Its Social and Cultural Function

摘要：

　　Chinese loan words in English has undergone a long period of development and the quantity of loan words has increased drastically recently.According to the means of borrowing and the ways of borrowing,the loan words can be divided into several different varieties.In this article,not only the classification of Chinese loan words,but also their social and cultural function are discussed in chronological order.
