Condition of Existence and Their Sense of Survival in Black Boy
African-American literature can be said to have come of age in the 1940s with the publication of Richard Wrights Native Son.After that,Richard Wright published his autobiographical novel Black Boy in 1945,which brought him to the zenith of his success.This paper intends to probe into the root of African-Americans condition of existence and the changes of their sense of survival in an attempt to find the root of Wrights rebellious character from history.
