On Literature Reading and Translation Skills of English in Agricultural University

摘要：

　　The English level of the non-English major graduate students in the agricultural university is relatively low for many years.How to improve the students basic skills,especially the level of their literature reading and translation skills in the limited time,should be studied.Based on the Constructivist Theory,some new strategies to improve their language ability are put forward.
