Design and development of a simulation system for smart distribution grid
the power system is regarded as the most complex man-made system, and is also a huge system with high security and reliability. With the increasing complexity of the power grid structure and the operation mode of the smart distribution grid, the simulation analysis of the power supply network is becoming more and more important. The current smart distribution grid security analysis, mainly exist in the following three problems: one is that manual process of the typical operation mode costs staff much time; the second is only to check the stability level of power grid by the typical power flow mode and this cannot fully reflect the complex operation of power system; The third is that boundary condition of load level, start-up mode is relatively single, load distribution is also different from the actual operation of the power grid, and calculation of local component overload is often discrepancy with the actual. On the basis of existing achievements, simulation and analysis system in this paper is through the system integration and the new technology further research, 3D visualization display and interactive system for simulating smart distribution grid is designed, including visually exploring the operation mode of the specified boundary condition and safety assessment technology for the specified operation mode etc.
