The research of substation battery on-line inspection and repair system
Every year substations have a large number of discarded battery. These discarded battery increase environment handle stress and pollute groundwater resources, causing huge economic waste. This paper, based on the important role of storage battery in substation DC system, analysis the current status of battery operation, maintenance and the using of online monitoring device, propose substation battery on-line inspection, repair system. The system has daily maintenance detection, online charging and discharging, online to sulfide repair, comprehensive analysis, intelligent management, automatic alarm, and other functions. Under the premise of ensuring the system operation safety, promote battery performance, safe and reliable.
