Analysis on the whole process management system of the secondary system in smart substation
The construction of the smart substation is the developmental trend of the electric power system, and the smart substation is a important link of the smart substation. The paper proposes a practical scheme of building the whole process management system of the secondary system in smart substation. The establishment in the management system of the secondary system professional model which manages four roles such as personal, engineering, equipment and materials in building and administration smart substation, also establish the professional process of the management system of the secondary system. Some key technologies such as the technology of graphic display and the consistency check of Model file design are analyzed. Then we create a engineering pilot that execute in building new 220 kV Gaohua smart substation in Shenyang. So we realize management and control such as the construction process of the smart substation, device and configuration file in smart substation. We can establish duty of each department, make sure job content in each link and consistency of Model file design.
