The Influence of Green Development Idea on Power Supply Reliability and Power Quality of Distribution Network
The idea of Green Development is one of the Five development concepts which are purposed by the Central Committee of the China Communist Party on 18 Fifth Plenary Session. It is based on the new concept of economic sustainable development, the important instruction significance to Chinas economic and social development of all aspects. At present, The increasing Chinas energy resource constraints, ecological environment problems gradually emerge, and the pressure of energy structural adjustment, energy efficiency improvement, energy security further increase, traditional energy development based on fossil energy is difficult to continue, Green and low-carbon development Road must be taken. Distribution network is an important part and the terminal step to provide premium power services for the users. It undertakes the important functions and social responsibility to adopt hydro, solar, wind and other clean energy, and then deliver power safely and efficiently to the terminal users. It plays a crucial role in practicing the Green development concept, building clean, efficient and sustainable modern energy system. In this paper, the current development status and existing problems of the distribution network in China are reviewed, the influence of Green Development idea on the power supply reliability and power quality is analyzed. A series of methods and measures such as the enhancement of distribution network development quality, the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of power distribution network are raised. In addition, the expectation of the future of Chinas distribution network research and development trend is presented, along with several suggestions to improve the power supply reliability and power quality ability of distribution network.
