Research on the way of power plant and substations basic data regulation to improve the qualification rate of power system ate estimation in HeBei Power Network

摘要：

　　The qualification rate of power system state estimation has become an important assessment indicator of power grid operation in regional power grid. In this paper, combined with the operation of the state estimation software in Hebei power grid, the influence factors of the state estimations qualification rate is analyzed. The improvement measures to improve state estimations qualification rate is studied. The basic data regulation measures of power plant and substation is strengthened. And the family-defects regulation of the main integrated automation companies has developed.
