Provincial electricity market orderly operating evaluation model adapting to the new round of electricity reform requirements
Provincial electricity market is the constituent unit to protect the basic electricity market economy and social development. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the provincial electricity market, this paper constructs orderly operation evaluation system of the provincial electricity market, assessing the market supply and demand, market structure, market behavior, market efficiency and other aspects and analyzing the relevant key indicators. Combined with the requires of the new round of electricity power system reform, early reform facing the key issues of preventing market forces, this paper mainly analyzes the direct measures to prevent market forces and the indirect measures to resolve transmission congestion and market challenges in respond to tight supply and demand. The Model constructed in this paper provides strong support to promote the orderly development of the new round of electricity reform.
