A Method of Setting Specific Security Supply Criteria for a Distribution Network Based on Cost-benefit Analysis
This paper presents a method to develop security supply criteria for different stages of distribution network, considering the cost benefit method and power supply requirements of ER P2/6ER and DL/T256 Comprehensively. The cost benefit analysis method can balance the reliability loss and investment cost. Taking an real distribution network as an example for calculation and analysis,its customized security supply criteria can be set. The search results can be used as an guide line or decision basis for distribution network planning and construction. Its applicability has been proved in some domestic cities.
