Study on Human Factor Risk Quantification and Evaluation Model in Power Grid Dispatching Risk Assessment

摘要：

　　Human factor is an important part in risk sources identification of power grid dispatching operation. How to model human risk factor is of great significance for quantifying dispatching operation risk and making effective risk control measures. This paper establishes an exponential comprehensive personnel factor quantifying model, evaluating respectively from history and real-time level, basing on cognitive reliability and error analysis model in human factor reliability theory, as well as spot investigation of Guangdong power grid and interview to operators. And this model has provided a good basis for human factor risk assessment.
