Reliability Analysis of Active Distribution Network with Distributed Renewable Power Plant Cluster
Based on the research of single distributed generation output characteristics, the united operating features of distributed renewable power plant cluster will be analyzed in this paper. It is also necessary to put forward an optimal structure and control strategy of distributed renewable power plant cluster. Active distribution network is a new development trend in power system area nowadays. With the distributed renewable power plant cluster integrated into current distribution networks, reliability analysis of power system shall be researched when considering the characteristics of active distribution networks. Use sequential Monte-Carlo simulation method to calculate the reliability indexes of distribution networks considering different distributed energy permeability, network structure, and distribution automation level. Taking a typical area as an example, analyze the changes of distribution network reliability after the distributed renewable power plant cluster integration. This article finally gives suggestions on how to plan and control the active distribution network with distributed renewable power plant cluster integration.
