Sample Inspection Strategy Research for Distribution Network Equipments based on Risk Assessment
Distribution network equipments can be divided into five categories nowadays, including 50 equipments and 100 sample inspection test items. To improve sample inspection efficiency and reduce sample inspection cost, this paper uses the thought of risk assessment based on state evaluation of equipments, gets the risk value of equipments by assets, assets loss degree and mean failure probability of equipments, and builds the risk grades standard of equipments. This paper takes distribution transformers as examples, determines the sample inspection proportion and test items by the risk grades standard, and proposes a sample inspection strategy of distribution network equipments for multi-objective optimization based on risk grades assessment. The strategy brings the sample inspection work of equipments into assets management system and makes the sample inspection work more reasonable and economic.
