Robust optimal dispatch model of islanded microgrids with uncertain renewable energy sources
To handle fluctuation and intermittence of renewable energy sources, this paper proposes a robust microgrid dispatch model considering variability in renewable energy generation. Compared to the previous robust model, the proposed model takes time factor into account. To solve the optimization problem efficiently, this paper presents the mixed integer linear programming and column and constraint generation algorithm. As an example, an islanded microgrid with a wind turbine(WT), a photovoltaic cell(PV), a battery energy storage system(BESS), a micro turbine(MT), a diesel engine(DE) and a fuel cell(FC) is studied, and simulation results demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.
