The Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of the Vertical Milling-Turning Machining Center
The dynamic modeling and the dynamic characteristics analysis of the vertical milling-turning machining center is studied in this paper.Firstly,Finite Element Method (FEM) model of the machining center is established,and the modal of the machining center is obtained by ANSYS software.Secondly,the theory of the modal testing is illustrated,and the modal parameters,including both natural frequency and model of vibration of the machining center are got by using the hammer-hitting method.The result of the modal testing is analyzed and compared with the finite element analysis results.Also the two results offer a theoretical basis to the subsequent dynamic characteristics analysis and dynamic optimization design.
