Mechanical Behavior and Micro Mechanism of High Strength TWIP Steel at High Strain Rates
In this article, the high and slow strain rate tensile test was done on high strength TWIP steel from 10-4 to 4×102s-1.Researches showed that the stress decreased with the strain rate increasing at high strain rate. But at low strain rate, the uniform elongation almost unchanged. The mechanical behavior was tested. The microstructure evolution and deformation mechanism were analyzed. It indicated that the stress decreased with the strain rate increasing, but the uniform elongation increased slightly with the strain rate increasing.
