Research on Hot Deformation and Dynamic Recrystallization Behavior of Mn18Cr18N Steel

  Dynamic Recrystallization Behavior of Mn18Cr18N Steel has been studied on a Gleeble-3500 thermo-mechanical simulator at temperatures from 750℃ to 1200℃ with the strain rate varying from 0.001s-1 to 10s-1 during the deformation from 20% to 60%.The effects of temperature,strain rate and strain on dynamic recrystallization behavior have been studied.The results show that dynamic recrystallization occurs easily at higher deformation temperature,lower strain rate and larger strain.The deformation activation energy of tested steel is 558.149kJ/mol.Meanwhile,dynamic recrystallization model of Mn18Cr18N is established and proved to be in good agreement with experimental results.
