Control of Micro-laminated Microstructure and Its Effect on Mechanical Properties in Dual-phase Fe-Mn-Al-C Steel
As a branch of Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steel,micro-laminated steel exhibits good tensile properties and excellent impact toughness.The great comprehensive mechanical properties of this steel are closely related to the micro-laminated microstructure,which is obtained through hot rolling and heat treatment processes in the dual-phase region at high temperature.In this study,the micro-laminated microstructure was controlled by alloy composition design,hot rolling process design and heat treatment process design.The results show that changes of phase property,phase proportion,phase morphology and other microstructure parameters have important influences on the mechanical properties.
