Microstures Evolution and Mechanical Properties of Hot-rolled Fe-Mn-Nb-V-Ti Steel
In the present work, the microstructures and mechanical properties of hot-rolled 0.06V-0.02Nb-0.07Ti (wt%) (Nb-V-Ti-steel) transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steels were studied. An optimized quenching at intercritical temperature and tempering at 200℃ adopted on the as-hot-rolled steel led to a ferrite-austenite mixed microstructure that was characterized by excellent combination of tensile strength of 875MPa and elongation of 43%.It is found that the strain stress are determined by the quenching temperature, the feature of austenite was descided by heat treatment process. It is concluded that precipitation strengthening mechanism induced by (Nb-V-Ti)C/N precipitation is the dominant factor for the changes of strength.
