Study and Application of Skin Passing Technology of Hot Rolled High Strength Steel
The shape and surface quality are important quality indexes of high strength steel.Considering the existing shape problem of the plate that produced by Xichang SteelVanadium,in order to improve the shape quality of high strength steel tosatisfy usersrequirement better,through the calculation of minimum elongation and rolling pressure to eliminate incoming materials shape defect,a mathematic model was established to optimize the roll shape curve and technology parameters of temper mill,and special temper rolling technology of high strength steel plate and matched roll shape curve of temper mill were developed,thereby realizing the temper rolling of plate with 690 MPa of yield strength and guaranteeing the shape quality of hot rolled high strength steel.
