Research on the Cold Rolling Production Technology of High Grade IF Strip
The cold rolling line of 2230 is the domestic unit that can produce the most wide annealing products for the moment.Therefore,there is no relevant experience in aspects of process organization,production stability and surface quality control.In view of important technology indicators of users,a set of production technical system for high grade IF strip is gradually established according to theoretical research,combined with field practice experience,which includes four key technologies,such as the shape control technology,the stable passing technology,the property control technology and surface quality control technology.The actual production results show that the technology can provide guarantee for batch,stable and high efficient production of ultra wide IF strip products.It has high practical application value,and is worthy of further promotion to the same kind of iron and steel enterprise.
