Study on the Static Recrystallization Behavior of Ti-IF Steel in the Hot Deformation Process
In order to research the influence of the rolling process on the recrystallization behavior of Ti-IF steel, the two-passes hot deformation of IF steel was carried out using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator, and the stress-strain curves for steel were obtained. The micro-structure at different deformation temperature was observed with ZEISS microscope, and the influence of deformation temperature on static recrystallization behavior was analyzed. The static recrystallization softening rate was calculated with compensation method, and the curve of the relationship between static recrystallization volume fraction and holding time was obtained. Thus, the relationship model between static recrystallization volume fraction with increasing deformation temperature and holding time variation was established. The results showed that the higher the deformation temperature, the more thorough the recrystallization process. The static recrystallization volume fraction increased with the increase of deformation temperature and the fraction also increased with the extension of the holding time. The activation energy for static recrystallization was 266.03kJ/mol.The formulation about controlled rolling technology provided the basis for IF steel systematically. And the results can provide a reference for the development of the controlled rolling process of IF steel.
