The Application of Rheology Theory in Prediction of High Strength Steel Inelastic Recovery Behavior
Springback behavior is an important issue for the sheet forming process, particularly forming process in Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS).In this research, coaxial loading and unloading cycle tests have been performed for transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) steel,TRIP 600.Inelastic recovery behavior introduced by plastic deformation is analyzed that the results show the reloading at different strain the elastic modulus is not constant.Using rheology theory to study the inelastic recovery behavior, and establish an elastic modulus model with unified form but the meaning of the parameters are different.
