Research on Materials Substitute of Automobile Stamping Parts Based on the Simulation

摘要：

　　Using stamping software,case analysis was carried for the reinforcing plate under the channel in the car.With the same mold design,stamping formability,thickness thinning and spring back were analyzed for the two different stamping materials by contrast,and the replace feasibility was also analyzed for two stamping materials.The result is that: the formability of blank B with smaller spring back amount is better than that of blank A,therefore,we can get the reinforcing plate under the channel in the car with better stamping quality by using blank B instead of blank A.
