Study on the Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Ti-V Micro-alloyed TRIP Steel
Four Ti-V micro-alloyed TRIP steels are designed and heat-treated in the present work to analyze the mechanical properties from the aspects of chemical composition,stability of retained austenite,phase constitution and precipitation behavior of carbides and nitrides.The microstructures and mechanical properties are investigated by tensile test,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermodynamic calculation (TC).
