Evaluation of Failure Possibility of Pipeline Induced by Landslide Based on Improved Two-tuple Linguistic Information
In order to evaluate the failure possibility of pipeline induced by landslide and identify the main factors that lead to pipeline failure, the failure possibility evaluation model was established based on improved two-tuple linguistic information.First, an evaluation index system of pipeline failure induced by landslide was constructed, which included disaster factors, disaster sensitivity and the situation of monitoring and controlling. Then, the subjective weights and the objective weights were determined by analytic network process (ANP) and variation coefficient method, and the combination weights were calculated based on minimum deviation. Finally, failure possibility of pipeline induced by landslide was analyzed and calculated by applying improved two-tuple linguistic information analysis model. The results demonstrated that the application of the minimum deviation theory with improved two-tuple linguistic information is more practical in evaluating the failure possibility of pipeline induced by landslide in real case.
