Studies on Relationship between Subjective Well Being and Unsafe Behavior of Coal Miners
This paper investigates the influential factors of the unsafe behaviors of the coal miners based on the subjective well-being.Subjective well-being and unsafe behavior questionnaire of 200 underground employees from Datong Coal Mine Group Meiyukou were statistically analyzed using SPSS23.0 software.The results show that the subjective well-being and unsafe behavior of miners was obviously related.Positive emotion and unsafe behavior are significantly negative correlation (-0.252);negative emotion and unsafe behavior are significantly positive correlation (0.566);life satisfaction and unsafe behavior are significantly negative correlation (-0.361).In order to reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior, the coal mine enterprise should regard the staffs health psychology construction as the key point of the safety management, and pay more attention to the miners life.The coal mine enterprise should also actively understand the living conditions of each employee and meet the physiological and psychological needs of employees.This research enriches the research perspective of safety behavior of miners, and provides reference for safety production management of coal mine enterprises.
