Accident Analysis Method Based on Event Causality Diagram and Three Elements Safety Management System

　　The three elements safety management system based on the hazard source, hazard event, and emergency management as the key element is high targeted, highly practical and can be widely used, the three ways put by it to prevent accidents has been effectively used in coal mine accident analysis and prevention.Another method of event causality diagram shows the relationship between the events associated with accident so that investigators can find out the key factors that causes the accident.Combining these two methods, taking the explosion of Tianjin port as a case, the article uses three elements to analysis and evaluate it based on its event causality diagram in order to find out the main cause of the accident, take countermeasures, provide help for the prevention of accidents and ensure the safety operation of enterprises.
