Bi-objective Optimization of Evacuation Routing for Major Accidents
In order to model evacuation routing problem for major accidents taking actual factors into account, a bi-objective mathematical model is proposed based on health consequences of accidents.For solving this model, we convert the bti-objective optimization routing problem into a single objective optmizafion problem.We take uncertainty of the weight coefficient for each objective function in actual bi-objective optimization into account.Finally, we develop one easy-to-implement heuristics in order to gain an efficient and feasible solution quickly.Simulation results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the models and algorithms presented in this paper.
