Research on the Shortest Path Applied in the Emergency Rescue of the Hazardous Chemicals Leakage Accident

  This paper mainly studies the technologies and methods of the single-source shortest path used by the emergency rescue of the hazardous chemicals leakage accidents, and puts forward the structure and the framework of the technology support system of displaying the shortest path, and at the same time by combining the Gaussian diffusion model, the toxic load calculation and the single-source shortest path algorithm.Based on the digital elevation model and the data of the satellite image with using the geographic information system, we visualize the shortest path of personnel evacuation and rescue in the dangerous zone of leakage hazardous gas.This technology improves the automatic selection mode of emergency rescue path, provides good technical support for the rapid deployment of personnel evacuation and organizing effective emergency rescue work.
