Numerical Simulation Research on Hybrid Smoke Extraction Model for Underground Rail Transit Depot

  This research is based on a underground rail transit depot in Nanjing.FDS software was used to design relative models based on the real construction.There are 3 kinds of models include natural smoke exhausting model, mechanical smoke exhausting model and hybrid smoke exhausting model.According to the real fire accidents, 8MW, 12MW, 16MW and 20MW four fire powers were set.Firstly, the security of hybrid smoke exhausting model was researched, and major contrast to the following factors: ceiling temperature;air velocity distribution at the bottom;sandwich roof air velocity distribution;construction within the overall distribution of flue gas and smoke layer height changes.By comparing these factors, combined with the efficiency of the model under different fire power, a comprehensive analysis of the security of the hybrid smoke exhausting model was conducted.A further study about the comparison among the 3 type of smoke exhausting model has been completed.
