NPK Analysis of Autocatalytic Reactions

Autocatalytic reactions caused a great number of accidents in the chemical industry due essentially by the difficulty to predict their induction time.Most of them in the storage areas and in the reaction / production zones.Kinetic analysis of data fiom different Thermal Analysis techniques is a very classical field.However and despite of many of the basic assumptions and methods are quite ancient, most newcomers are still hopping that all the parameters of a kinetic model can be extracted from a single dynamic record.In 2001, the ICTAC Kinetics Committee (Thermochim.Acta.2011.520, 1-19) published an excellent set of recommendations to keep in mind to perform kinetic analysis.
