Analysis on Friction to Burning and the Safety Countermeasure in the Productive Process of Solid Propellant

　　Ten cases of accident at home and abroad relative to frictional heating were analyzed.It was found that the mainly reason to safety accident leaded by frictional heating is the hot spot formed by projecting comer angle on the propellant and the comer angle of RDX, HMX and AP crystals.The smaller the comer or the crystals is, the easier the hot spot is formed.And also the accident of propellant caused by frictional heating is frequent.Spherical and oval crystals are in favour to lower the frictional hot spot and improve safety of technology or use of solid propellant.
