Energetic Materials Synthesis Process: Intrinsic Safety Improvement due to Microreactor Application

摘要：

　　Single compound energetic materials synthesis process (EMSP) is involved heavily with flammable and combustible chemical raw materials, chemical intermediate and chemical products.The processes should always be exothermic severely and induce combustion and explosion.Some of the processes should move violently due to slight disturbance of certain operating parameter.Then it is necessary before actualization for the process to carry out the risk assessment and safety rating, to confirm the preventive measures and its effectiveness, though major accident has been unfortunately reported sometimes due to disorder of preventive measures in engineering.
