Study on the Pressure-relief Gas of Low Air Permeability Coal Seam Drainage Technique by One Gateway with Two Utilizations for Two Adjacent Coalfaces
A high drainage roadway was constructed in the overburden fractured zone on the air-return roadway side of the lower-section working face to realize a high drainage roadway serving two adjacent coalfaces.First, high-level boreholes were arranged in the lateral high drainage roadway (LHDR) and used to extract the pressure-relief gas in the overburden fractured zone of the upper-section working face. Then, the roadway was used to extract the pressure-relief gas in the overburden fractured zone of the lower-section working face. With this layout, the LHDR could perform a dual function.Theoretical analysis, numerical simulation analysis, and field observation analysis were adopted to identify the mining-induced overburden fissure and stress distribution laws for both working faces and determine the layout parameters of the LHDR and the final position of the high-level boreholes on the basis of the geological conditions of the 2-603 working face in the Liyazhuang Coal Mine.
