The Research of Solving the Problem of Thickness and Uniformity of the Steel Billet Anti-Oxidation Coating by Applying the ARIZ Algorithm
This paper introduces the principle and method of the ARIZ algorithm, and gives the whole process of the solution to the problem of the uniformity of the thickness of the oxide-coating by using the ARIZ algorithm.The results showed that on the billet surface spraying more paint and then using a thin slab to erase the excess paint can solve the problem of the uniformity of the thickness of the oxide-coating;another scheme, according to the size of steel billet,spray distance and spray swath, we can calculate the maximum distance of the lap joint and the number of the spray gun, and marked the position of spray guns.Take thin steel billet to make in the sharp of corner seat, put the corner seat on the lap joint to get the overlap of coating, until complete the whole of the spraying while the coating thickness is reached ensure the coating can be evenly adhered to the surface of the steel billet.
