The Development of Innovative Manufacturing Process for Sliding Nozzle Plate

摘要：

　　Recently the issue of steel making industry is high grade steel production, cost competitiveness and minimizing quality variations.Because these areas are closely related to refractory technologies.The refractory suppliers have also made their effort to improve process and material development.As part of this effort, for the first time in the world, the fully automated and unmanned plant was completed for continuous casting sliding nozzle plate in 2014.Now we are producing high quality products to get rid of human error with increasing productivity doubled, reducing manufacturing cost in half.
