Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy Applications in the Field of Refractory Materials
In this paper, the field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) of the basic principle, image type, all kinds of signal the main characteristics, and the FESEM in the field of refractory material analysis of the application status and prospects were reviewed.FESEM has high resolution, can achieve minimal area of in situ fine observation and research.Low-voltage operation below 5 kV has enabled the observation of samples without coating film.Through the examples discusses the application of field emission scanning electron microscopy in the field of refractory material analysis.
