The Research for Optimal Porosity Distribution of Porous Heat-resistant Material

  With the energy crisis and degradation of ecological environment, porous heat-resistant material become an advanced research hotspot.The influence of porous distribution cannot be ignored.This paper is based on the heat transfer theory,regarded the minimum heat flux density as the objective function, regarded total porosity is constant as a constraint condition and established mathematical model about the optimal distribution of porosity.The porosity of Porous Heat-Resistant Material is optimized with quasi-Newton method and the computer programs were programmed the study showed that in the case of total porosity is a fixed value, the high temperature side with high porosity,the low temperature side with low porosity;the maximal fluctuating amplitude of porosity between the adjacent discrete points has great impact on improving thermal performance of porous heat-resistant materials, the greater the fluctuating amplitude of porosity between the adjacent discrete points, the less the density of heat flow;temperature gradients is non-uniform distribution, the temperature gradient of high temperature side is bigger than the low temperature side.These have guiding significance for preparation of porous heat-resistant materials.
