Unbalance Analysis and Simulation of 2-DOF Precision Centrifuge Based on ADAMS

  Precision centrifuge is an important test equipment in inertial navigation.In this paper,the problem of the accuracy of 2-DOF precision centrifuge is investigated and the unbalance balancing problem is completed while the precision centrifuge rotor unbalance exists.Firstly,based on the institutional arrangements of precision balancing centrifuge system,the existing forms of the unbalance of the precision centrifuge are analyzed.Meanwhile,each of the unbalanced balancing problem is analyzed.Secondly,after learning the software named Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems (ADAMS),a simulation model of 2-DOF precision centrifuge is built.Finally the balancing schemes for different unbalance cases are proposed and the verification of all schemes are simulated by ADAMS.
