A New Type MySQL Integrated Mutual Authentication Security Model

摘要：

　　MySQL database identity authentication uses a CHAP protocol,that is,the challenge/response protocol,which exists the password expressly transmission,one-way authentication,random time can not grasp and other security issues.In this paper,we analyze the security problems of the existing MySQL database authentication protocol,and propose a new type MySQL integrated mutual authentication security model.The model integrates the two-way authentication in MySQL,which realizes mutual authentication between database and user; It provides an interface for the session key,which improves the security of the data operation in the MySQL database; At the same time joining the random number in the authentication process,which can effectively resist replay attacks,etc..At the end of this paper,cases analysis of the new security model.The results show that the proposed security authentication model can ensure the security of user information and data transmission.
