An Automatic Collection System For Textile Production based on Wi-Fi and CAN bus
In order to make textile factory achieve the lean and agile production,an automatic collection system for textile production based on Wi-Fi and CAN bus is presented in this paper.This system establishes a platform for monitoring machines and collecting parameters of production process from the machines and information of human interaction from collection controller in real time.Then this information will be sent to the server to parse and storage.Finally,the user can use the browser to view this information anytime or anywhere.This paper also introduces a high-performance asynchronous socket server and a finite-state machine (FSM) received mode.In practice it has proved that the system can accurately collect,transmit,storage and display information.This automatic collection system can change the traditional production management accordingly improving production efficiency.
