During the past decades,gene therapy has attracted great attention in cancer therapy and lots of cationic polymers have been designed to be the non-virus gene vectors.However,for the treatment of tumors,commonly used non-virus gene vector should be injected in many times to insure their therapeutic efficiency 1.
