Construction and evaluation of customer satisfaction index system in E-shopping

  Customer satisfaction influencing factors in Eshopping were analyzed in this paper.An index system on customer satisfaction was constructed based on 19 indicators from five categories in E-shopping.Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to calculate the weight of each indicator and this establishes a foundation for further empirical research.
